Ordering

You can order products displayed on this website and pay using our secure payment system. If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your order. The email will be produced automatically and will include your order details. Receipt of your order and the sending of our automated email does not however mean that your order has been accepted. To confirm order acceptance, we will send a further "Order Update" email stating that your order status has been updated to "Processing". For security reasons we log your IP address. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be passed on to the relevant authorities and your ISP.

Payment

All prices are in British pounds (GBP). All prices shown remain valid only for as long as they remain on the website. The price of any goods ordered and not in stock at time of order and subject to an increase will be advised with the customer’s option to cancel. Payment may be made by credit/debit cards shown on the website.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Except where detailed, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is chargeable, it is applied at 17.5% and will be included automatically on checkout where appropriate. Your payment advice will show how much VAT you have been charged as part of your total payment. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subject to local sales taxes or import duties. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Credit Card Security

We only accept the order total as displayed on our purchase confirmation page. We do not make any additional charges for purchases using credit or debit cards, either on- or offline. Please ensure that the correct amount is shown before confirming your payment. All credit/debit card details are entered in the secure section of our web site. Customers can be assured that the high level of security safeguards built into the sytem will prevent any unauhorised access. All card details are totally erased from our system on completion of each transaction. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. If you have any difficulty with this service please telephone us for clarification or assistance.

Availability

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if do not wish to wait. Quantities may be limited. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, product difficulties, supplier problems or other reasons. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or the customer address you provide should such a change occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to any customer at our discretion and without explanation.

Shortfalls, damaged goods, non-delivery

Any shortfall or receipt of damaged goods of which you become aware must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch of goods.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may cancel your order provided you first contact us by telephone or email within 7 working days of delivery of the item(s) to obtain a returns number. The buyer must return the item(s) at their own cost, with a covering letter showing name, address, returns number and reason for return, and make all reasonable efforts to ensure they are returned in good condition. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are adequately packed. For your security you should obtain proof of delivery. Items and packaging that have been damaged, used, opened in the case of sealed items, or in any way rendered unsuitable for re-sale, will not be refunded. If you cancel your order but fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to recover the goods and charge you for the costs of recovery.

If on first delivery goods are found to be defective, damaged or not as specified on your order, return postage costs will be refunded. In the event that we send substitute goods for those ordered but found to be unavailable and you then choose to return those goods your postage costs will be refunded. Where we contact you first and you agree to accept a substitute, return postage will not be refunded. In any case, you should contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of returning the goods. Consumable items that have been opened or had the seals broken will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
